DTS Outreach
We are nearly approaching our DTS graduation day on March 6. After this coming week would be our reporting time and re-entry.
Last friday, we had a wonderful time of just soaking ourselves in prayer and worship and have lunch fast allowing God to speak to us individually and as a team. During that time, God showed us the importance of living consistently in humility, holiness, righteousness, and commitment in serving God in order for HIM to cotinually do amazing things through us.
Scriptures in Joshua 3:5 ( about consecration ); Psalm 51 ( having a pure heart --coming to Him with broken and contrite heart ) Heb. 12:5-11 ( God's discipline and rebuke as a way of showing His love to produce righteousness in us ).
As a staff ( Kit, Daniel, Beverly, Roland ) God spoke to us as well about following Jesus example in the area of servant leadership. We are called as leaders and staff to serve our students in Godly way. We did FEET WASHING, modeling to the students humility and the importance of serving one another in love.
We had a wonderful time of purification and consecration. Kit shared also at the end about commitment in our calling to serve God. A way of preparing the students in their next step after DTS.
Tomorrow will be our day-off as a team. A time to rest, refreshing oneself and enjoying the time of reflecting God's goodness through the week that passed.
PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING BE TO GOD ALONE FOR HE IS WORTHY OF IT.
