DTS Plumbline

We had this past week what we called “soul surgery time” ( 5th week ). Through the topic Plumbline, our students were able to see how their past hurts and experiences affected their present situation in the way they react to things. We tackled about the bricks of rejection and how it swings to rebellion if it’s not dealt properly through God’s plumbline which is His word.

One powerful tool or way in healing wounds from rejection is through releasing forgiveness and saying the words, “ I forgive you “. On the other hand, humility and asking forgiveness is the key to counteract rebellion in our hearts.

Almost all the students had breakthrough in their past hurts and awful experiences through ways of confession, repentance and releasing forgiveness to the people that hurt them. It was a wonderful time seeing students felt released and having a good change of countenance in their faces.

This coming week, we will have SUGE in Olongapo City ( 5 days of jungle survival training). I’m excited for this event, an adventure in the jungle. This is a test of leadership, surrender, and teambuilding.

Pray with us for:

God’s covering and protection

Each student,

  • will encounter God through this event
  • will discover their potentials and gifting through the challenges they will face
  • will learn more about leadership, surrender and teambuilding

everyone of us will endure and enjoy this event.
